Pocket Table terms
Adults only. Play only. No cash.
These terms keep Pocket Table a 19+ party game—not a gambling, payment, or prize service.
Effective July 20, 2026 · Pocket Table · British Columbia, Canada
1. Agreement and eligibility
Before entering, you must separately confirm that you are at least 19, meet any higher minimum age where you live, will not play for anything of value, and agree to these Terms. If any confirmation is untrue or you disagree, do not use Pocket Table.
Acceptance creates a pseudonymous server receipt containing the policy version, confirmations, time, limited app information, and the rooms and game types entered. It is self-attestation, not identity or age verification. We do not ask for your name, birth date, or identity document.
2. No wagering or prizes
Chips, bids, scores, refills, and results are fictional play values. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or used as evidence of a debt, payment, prize, or entitlement.
Do not use Pocket Table to propose, arrange, advertise, track, collect, settle, or participate in a wager involving money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods, services, credits, prizes, or anything else of value.
Any participant side bet or value-based arrangement is unauthorized, prohibited, and outside Pocket Table. Pocket Table does not accept, hold, transfer, collect, settle, mediate, enforce, refund, or guarantee any stake, debt, payment, or prize, subject to rights and liabilities that law does not permit us to exclude.
3. Private rooms and conduct
Pocket Table assigns each seat a temporary Player 1–6 label. Players choose only from bundled avatars; there is no player-written name, chat, public profile, media upload, or public matchmaking.
Use invitations only with people you intend to play with. Do not harass others, reveal private cards or dice, exploit defects, automate abusive requests, evade a host removal or room lock, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
Hosts may control play, lock a room, and remove a participant. Removal creates a temporary room-scoped block, not an identity-based or global ban.
4. Temporary service
A room may close after two hours without accepted room activity and always expires within 24 hours. Connections, timeouts, defects, maintenance, or enforcement may interrupt play. We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue the service.
The Privacy Policy explains how temporary game data and agreement evidence are handled. The Community Standards form part of these Terms.
5. Licence and third parties
Pocket Table materials are owned by the Pocket Table operator or used with permission. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private entertainment. Traditional game rules and ordinary card and dice concepts are not claimed as proprietary.
Third-party services help host and distribute Pocket Table. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app unless an approved custom licence replaces it.
6. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Table is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, universally compatible operation or recovery of temporary data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Pocket Table operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from the service or from a prohibited wager or value-based arrangement. Nothing here removes a non-waivable consumer right, remedy, warranty, or liability.
7. Changes, law, and contact
Material changes will update the policy version and may require a new confirmation. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory protections where you live.
